These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you (“you” or “User”) and TDismiss (“TDismiss,” “we,” “us”). They govern your access to and use of tdismiss.com and related services.

1. Eligibility and Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for account security and all activity under your account.

2. Scope of Services

TDismiss provides document-preparation and administrative support services for traffic-ticket related matters, including collecting your inputs, organizing materials, and generating document packages based on your information.

• TDismiss is not a law firm.
• TDismiss does not provide legal advice or legal representation.
• TDismiss does not appear in court for you.
• TDismiss does not guarantee that any court will accept, file, or approve a submission.
• Unless explicitly stated as a separate service, TDismiss does not contact courts on your behalf.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of all information and files you submit.
• You are responsible for reviewing documents before signing/submitting and for meeting all filing and mailing deadlines.
• You are responsible for following court-specific requirements (forms, copies, signatures, fees, and mailing instructions).
• If you act for another person, you represent that you are authorized to do so.

4. Fees, Payments, and Refunds

• Fees are shown at checkout before payment.
• All refund eligibility, timing, documentation requirements, and refund amounts are governed exclusively by the site Refund Policy.
• Court fees, fines, bail, and other third-party charges are not controlled by TDismiss and are not included in TDismiss service fees unless explicitly stated.

5. No Outcome Guarantee

TDismiss does not guarantee dismissal, reduction, or any specific case outcome. Court outcomes are determined by courts and other factors outside TDismiss control.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party providers (for example, payment processing, hosting, and communication tools). Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Intellectual Property

• Site content and software are owned by TDismiss or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
• You retain ownership of your uploaded content, and you grant TDismiss a limited, non-exclusive license to use it as needed to provide services, support operations, and comply with law.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TDismiss disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDismiss is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. TDismiss aggregate liability for claims arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to TDismiss for the affected order.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TDismiss and its personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or unauthorized materials.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. Rights and obligations that by nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by California law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
