TDismiss does not guarantee dismissal, reduction, or any specific case outcome. Court outcomes are determined by courts and other factors outside TDismiss control.

We use third-party providers (for example, payment processing, hosting, and communication tools). Their services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” TDismiss disclaims implied warranties to the extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDismiss is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. TDismiss aggregate liability for claims arising from the services will not exceed the amount you paid to TDismiss for the affected order.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TDismiss and its personnel from claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of services, your violation of these Terms, or your submission of false or unauthorized materials.

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or violation of these Terms. Rights and obligations that by nature should survive termination will survive.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by California law, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Unless otherwise required by applicable law, disputes will be brought in state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material updates will be posted on this page with a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
