Court fine, bail, court trial fees, administrative fees, and rush/expedited fees are outside the base defense service fee.

When outcome does not dismiss the citation but reduces fine amount, refund may be calculated according to policy formula and limits.

After approval, refund is typically returned to original payment method within five business days.

You must generally be 18 or older, and your citation should not already be fully paid and closed.

In eligible cases, you may need to switch to the written declaration path based on court rules before proceeding.

If you plan to challenge the citation, avoid online court payment first. Payment can close options depending on court workflow.
